In this new body of work, Dean Andrews breaks out of abstraction and works representationally to engage in a dialogue with the poet Wallace Stevens, author of Thirteen Ways of Looking at a Blackbird. Andrews’ work is a visual exploration of thirteen ways of looking at a red-winged blackbird.
